【profile】
During my adolescence, I experienced a serious illness that ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in nursing. After gaining experience at a university hospital, I became determined to help transform the healthcare system into one that makes nursing an attractive and rewarding profession for everyone. This commitment led me to continue my studies in the United States.
I graduated from a nursing college in Los Angeles and obtained my U.S. nursing license (BSN), where I was deeply impressed by the strong health awareness and proactive approach to wellness that I observed.

Upon returning to Japan, I spent five years exploring a wide range of fields centered on preventive and regenerative medicine, including functional medicine, nutritional therapy, lifestyle medicine, and cosmetic internal medicine. I played a key role in implementing these treatments across medical institutions nationwide by designing operational systems and training healthcare personnel.

While Japan benefits from an excellent national health insurance system, I became increasingly aware of challenges such as limited public health literacy and the barriers to accessing private healthcare.

Motivated by a desire to drive positive social change through business innovation, I pursued an MBA at the GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management and later established my own company.
Drawing on these diverse experiences, I founded NERO, a medical media platform focused on beauty and health, with the vision of building a society where everyone can take charge of their own health and well-being.
