After graduating from Kinki University School of Medicine, Dr. Yamada studied as an Austrian government-sponsored international student at University of Vienna and at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). Specializing in dermatology and anti-aging medicine, he founded the Anti-Aging Center at Kinki University in 2007.

Dr. Yamada conducts collaborative research across medicine, pharmacology, exercise science, and agricultural science, exploring both the science of appearance and the mechanisms of epigenetics. He also serves as the President of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. In 2025, he will participate as a committee member for the Osaka Pavilion Promotion Committee at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
